Trevean is just a stone’s throw from the local dog friendly pub, shop, cafe and butchers. St Teath retains its charm and the cottage lies within the conservation area next to the 15th century Parish Church. The village square houses the Memorial Clocktower which has been chiming on the hour every hour since the 1920s. It is 10 minutes drive to Port Isaac and 15 minutes to the lovely beaches at Polzeath, Trebarwith and Daymer Bay; 20 minutes to Rock and the ferry across to Padstow.

Two bedrooms – 1 king size bed and 1 single; bathroom with walk-in shower,

Ground Floor – slate floor throughout

3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa with footstools; log burner.

Superfast fibre broadband, Wifi and Smart TV with Netflix and Prime.

Dining area with window seat.

Fully fitted kitchen – oven, induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.

Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and wc;

BBQ, patio and enclosed cottage garden with a small shallow pond.

Dogs welcome – up to 2 dogs.

Saturday changeover.

Please note

The cottage is not suitable for young children because of the garden pond;
It was built in the mid 1700s so the stairs are typical of that era;
There is no allocated parking but there is usually space by the church or in the lane alongside the back garden. However it is situated within a conservation area so the surrounding lanes are narrow.
Dogs are welcome but are not allowed upstairs. Please use throws provided if they are likely to get on the sofas. Guests are asked to keep the garden clear of dog mess on a daily basis. The cottage is not suitable for reactive dogs.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
